Anant is Manager, Research and Consulting at CMR and co-leads the Government & Public Sector, SMB & Entrepreneurship and Smart Infrastructure Practices, based out of Gurgaon (near New Delhi). He is responsible for planning, execution and development of custom consulting assignments and syndicated reports in these domains. In this capacity, he carries forward his rich experience as Manager, Research & Consulting, IDC India.
Prior to his stint with IDC India, Anant has worked with Redington India Ltd., where his responsibilities included direct and channel sales of Enterprise Software, Server and Storage solutions besides revenue and logistics management. Prior to Redington, he has worked with Primus Telecommunications, (acquired by Tata Communications) as Business Manager dealing with Internet Bandwidth and VoIP solutions.
Anant completed his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad, specialising in Marketing. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Delhi.
