IAMCP India Concludes Illuminate APAC 2026 in Bengaluru, Strengthening Microsoft Partner Collaboration

This annual conference brought together over 125 regional and international leaders to drive AI enablement and community-led growth.

BENGALURU, India — The International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP) India recently concluded its premier annual conference, Illuminate APAC 2026. Held from February 5 to February 7, 2026, at the Taj Vivanta Whitefield, the three-day event served as a strategic hub for over 125 CXOs and senior leaders from across India, Singapore, and the Maldives.

The conference, title-sponsored by SoftwareOne with Gold Sponsors ScaleFusion and TechData, focused on reinforcing the Microsoft partner ecosystem through trust, collaboration, and innovation.

Strategic Visions and AI Roadmap

The event officially opened with a “Presidential Core Note” by Neeraj Gargi, President, IAMCP India. Titled “Connections to Impact: The Power of a Unified Community,” his address highlighted the association’s recent achievements and introduced new initiatives to help members navigate the shifting technology landscape.

Fostering Regional and International Synergy

To highlight the global scale of the association, Suresh Ramani, President, IAMCP APAC, delivered an inspiring session on international success and AI enablement. This was complemented by a Partner Roundtable led by Jaya Mahadevan, Director – Territory Channels, Microsoft, which allowed selected partners to align their business objectives directly with Microsoft’s strategic roadmap

Also, some of the key industry insights provided by several high-ranking Microsoft executives were :

  • Sarvanan Ramakrishnan, Director – SMB Sales, Microsoft, outlined the company’s partner strategy and emphasized the vital role IAMCP plays as a bridge to the partner community.
  • Sanjeev Sharma, Director – Tech Sales & Partner CTO, Microsoft, provided a practical blueprint for integrating generative technologies in a session titled “AI Enablement: Roadmap for Partners”.
  • Ajitabh Dwivedi, Revenue Officer – Digital & AI Transformation, Microsoft, presented on partner acceleration through Microsoft VDS as part of the new IAMCP LaunchPad initiative.

Collaboration and Recognition

Beyond technical sessions, the conference featured panel discussions on partner-to-partner (P2P) collaboration, ISV transformation, and the future of the workplace. The event concluded with a formal awards ceremony recognizing outstanding chapters and community champions for their contributions to the ecosystem.

According to organizers, the feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with a clear consensus on the need for deeper collaboration and more frequent in-person engagements to stay aligned in a rapidly evolving market.
