It’s been approximately four months since lockdown, educational sectors are already facing the heat. Students are staying at their homes struggling to learn things and the skills of the teachers are getting wasted simultaneously. Kolkata based Naresh Agarwal, CEO, SUPR, has created an online module to connect the teachers and students which is the most needed medium of the hour.

On speaking about what initiated him to create such a platform he said, the most important thing to be addressed in this pandemic is unemployment. Nearly 17.5 crore people are unemployed and to

overcome this situation making them self reliant and self sufficient is important. Further he said that the teachers are at their homes struggling for income as their coaching institutions are closed. By connecting these teachers with the unskilled people and students one could solve this problem.

On speaking the advantages of the online module he stated “ Teachers can upload content and sources of any language in the module, teachers are not charged for registration. Teachers who lack technical skills and with 20 to 30 years of experience are assisted with a team to help them with video editing, sound editing, presentation and other technical requirements. And the technical crew are also benefited here”.

On sharing the strategies of marketing he said that he is personally doing the marketing as of now through social media and once the online module has been established firmly he will reach out for digital marketers. On speaking of the benefit he stated that the benefit has not started yet. It takes time (10 to 20 days).

As of now 70 teachers have been registered and have started uploading their content. Once they are done uploading the sources he will start reaching out for students so that they could pay and register themselves online, probably by end of July.On a concluding note he said that his mission is to reach minimum of thousand teachers with an annual income of 2 lakh rupees for each i.e. 20 crores through this online module.
