New Work Dynamic Collaboration in the NEO Normal

In the wake of COVID-19,  enterprises in India started preparing for an uncertain future, with the workforce confined to home. To combat the coronavirus, enterprises restricted employee travel and put other safety measures in place, while Government put a strict lockdown in place. As enterprises started preparing for a world marked by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity, they rethought their ways of working and collaboration. Working remotely in these difficult times, and transiting into the neo normal, involves adapting to a new work environment, marked by no clear distinction between work and personal life.

It is in this background that CMR has conducted a CxO Survey in July-August 2020, to map enterprise perceptions on collaboration tools, key drivers and challenges, the preferred collaboration tools, and potential IT Spend to prepare for the neo normal.
